Why my membership? I know you can find tips and lessons for your Apple devices elsewhere. There are a lot of good resources out there. In all honesty, I regularly recommend tips or how-tos from other websites if it fits what one of my member’s need. So then why my membership? I’ll start with my tutorials, they are designed for the novice. If you want to take your knowledge to the next level, my tutorials are probably not going to be a good fit, but if you are new to Apple, or just want to learn more about it without becoming an expert, I believe I can help.
What benefits do I offer in along with the tutorials? In addition to my easy-to-follow tutorials, my site also offers tutorial and lesson progress tracking. This makes it easy to come back to where you left off. The site is responsive, which just means it looks good on whatever device you are using. Tired of ads? I don’t have any. I also offer online chat support. This is a rarity in the Apple market. As a former genius, I learned a lot on how to help people with their Apple devices. If my goal is to help you, you should know about these other sources. Some are advertiser supported, some are memberships, and some take donations. Also some offer videos while others are more text based. Take a look at them and see how they compare to my site. Just remember, none of us have everything, we all take a different approach… and I’m the only one with online chat support.
Wondering how secure my site is? All my pages are encrypted via SSL. Also, all transactions are handled securely though Stripe and PayPal. I do not store any credit card information on my site.
Not sure about a subscription? I have an easy solution for that! Just sign up and after your 14-day trial, all you need to do is cancel. When you cancel a membership, you are canceling the renewal, and you’ll still have access to all my tutorials until your renewal date. At that time, being that you canceled, your membership will be canceled instead of being renewed. I also make it easy with a no-hassle cancellation policy. There is a simple cancel link available in your account page, which is accessible from every page on the site.
