In all honesty, I regularly recommend tips or how-tos from other websites if it fits what one of my member’s need. So then why my membership? If you want to take your knowledge to the next level, my tutorials are probably not going to be a good fit, but if you are new to Apple, or just want to learn more about it without becoming an expert, I believe I can help.

For those who have been following me for a while, you may have noticed my prices have went up. What happened to my cheaper plans?  Well, my goal has always been two-fold – help as many people as I could while making the site self-supporting. To fulfill the first goal, I started lowering my prices to make the barrier lower and help as many people as I could. This didn’t help in the second goal though, I needed too many members at the lower prices to have the site be self-supporting. It’s a balancing act, and I tipped the scales a little too far one way, I was adding members and helping more people, but at the lower prices, I wouldn’t be able to sustain this for the foreseeable future. So I needed to tip the scales back by raising my prices. Unfortunately, this means some people may not sign up, but for the people that do – I’ll be able to help out for the foreseeable future.

Do you store the credit card information on your site?

No, we do not. We use PayPal and Stripe to handle all credit card transactions. No credit card information is stored on our servers.

Am I locked in to a long-term contract or can I cancel at anytime?

No, You are not locked into a long-term contract and you may cancel your subscription at any time.

If I sign up now, will I be charged now?

No. You will only be charged if you choose to continue you membership after your trial ends in 14 days. If you cancel before you 14-day free trial ends, we will not process any payments.

Do I have to jump through hoops to cancel my subscription?

No you do not. You can easily cancel by going to your account page, which is always accessible, and clicking on Cancel. It’s not that I want to encourage people to cancel, but if someone wants to cancel, I want to make it easy for them.

What if I forget to cancel and I get charged?

Just let us know within 7 days of when you were charged and we’ll cancel and refund your payment.
