Why become a member?
We all know that Apple makes great products. In most cases they are both easy to use and easy to figure out, but that’s not always the case. Every once in a while there is a feature you may not understand, or even know about. Or you just need help with a task or an issue. This is where I may be able to help.
I offer tutorials and tips for your Apple devices including the Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, and Apple TV. I also offer online support for when you need to figure something out. My goal is to have everything you need to help you understand and get the most out of your Apple devices.
If you are looking to learn more about your Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, or Apple TV or need help with your Apple devices, my memberships can help! All for as low as $19.99 a year!
Over 2,000 Online Lessons
As soon as you join, you’ll have instant access to over 2,000 online lessons. Each of these lessons were recorded on their respective device meaning Mac tutorials were recorded on the Mac, iPad tutorials were recorded on the iPad, and iPhone tutorials were recorded on the iPhone. I am adding new tutorials on a regular basis and your membership includes any new tutorials we add. This means when I add my new tutorials for macOS Mojave and iOS 12 for the iPad and iPhone, you’ll have instant access to them.
Need help keeping track of what tutorials and lessons your are taking? The site does that too! Once you start taking a course, it shows up on your dashboard for easy access. Any lessons you’ve completed will have a green checkmark by them. My goal is to make it easy for you to continue to learn more about your Apple devices and not complicate it for you.
Downloadable Tutorials
Most of the tutorials on the site are available for download as an iBook and are included with your membership. Each iBook includes all the lessons from it’s respective tutorial.
Being that they are in the iBook format, there are a few nice features. These features include offline viewing and Mac, iPad, and iPhone compatibility. Once the tutorial is downloaded you no longer need an internet connection to view the lessons. You can watch the tutorial on your Mac, iPad, or iPhone. As an example, you could watch my tutorial on iMovie for the Mac on your iPad while working and trying different features out in iMovie on your Mac! Need to take notes on a lesson? You can do that too. My newer iBooks also include text in them in addition to videos making them easier to search for a feature.
I also have most of my tutorials available in the iBook Store if you are interested.
Online Chat Support
Looking for help with a feature? Having an issue with your Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, or Apple TV? I may be able to help with my online support. As a former Apple Genius, I learned a lot on how to find the right answers to questions people had.
How would this help you? Well, I’ll be the first to admit that my tutorials don’t cover everything, it’d be hard to find a tutorial that does, especially in this fast paced world of technology. Apple is constantly mixing things up by adding, deleting, and changing features. This is where I may be able to help with my online support. Questions can be on how to use a feature to troubleshooting you Apple device(s). I’m available most days, all you have to do is ask.
Tips for your Apple Devices
In addition to producing tutorials, I also send out and publish tips on a regular basis for your Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, and Apple TV. These tips cover everything from using certain features on your Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, and Apple TV to more general articles covering malware to creating passwords. This also include news on Apple’s announcements including new software and hardware.
Testimonials
I’ve been a Middle School and A+ Computer Repair instructor in the workforce for 12 years. I haven’t finished this course, but I’ve been around long enough to know that there are instructors and there are INSTRUCTORS. This gentleman is the latter of the two. His voice, technique and unabbreviated delivery gives both the instructor and the course an overall 5 stars.
My mother, who is nearly 70, became a member of your site last August as she was very new to computers. She has gone from not knowing anything to knowing more about computers than I do thanks to your wonderful clear and concise hints and tips. I wanted to take the time to say a BIG Thank You and keep up the amazing work!
Noteboom tutorials are the BEST. This is my third tutorial (class) which I took from Noteboom and I can not imagine how to do it better. GREAT WORK GUYS! It is clear, easy, organized, well explained… What more can I write…? It is really worth the money… Not to mention that I learned everything I had to know in one afternoon at home instead of going to an official “classroom” for two days and spending 10x the money this app costs… Greetings from SLOVAKIA!
I find your tutorials to be some of the best instructional videos I have ever used. I really enjoy using them and constantly refer back to them when doing new projects.
