Migrating from Windows

In this lesson we cover some differences between the Mac OS X operating system and the Windows operating system. This is lecture is especially helpful if you are coming from a Windows environment and new to the Mac. For example, “programs” from Windows are called “applications” on a Mac and “Settings” in Windows are called “Preferences” on a Mac. Dan demonstrates how to navigate the Mac while speaking in the respective Windows’ the terminology.
