Viewing and Clearing History

In this lesson for the News app on the iPad, I look at how you view your history or see all the articles you’ve opened, as well as how you can clear your history in the News app on the iPad.

Viewing your History
To view your history or see all the stories you’ve opened, you swipe up on the left sidebar until you see History. Tap on this to see all your history of storied or articles you’ve opened. Tap on any one of them to open it again.

Removing or Clearing a Story from your History
To clear your history, you tap on Clear in the upper right corner of your iPad. When you do this, you’ll have the options to clear just your history, clear any recommendations that the News App has recommended, and then Clear All which clears everything.
