In this lesson for Reminders on the Mac we look at how we can share a Reminder’s List with other people. As an example, you could share a shopping list with your spouse and add items to it individually.
Sharing a List
To share a list, you go to the sidebar where your lists are shows. When you move your cursor over any one of the list, you’ll see a share icon show to the right of the list name. Click on this to incite someone to share your list with. When you do that and they accept the invitation, you both can add items to the list as well as mark items off the list.
